Outlook 07 crashing on launch

Hi

Having some issues with outlook 07 on vista business. I have tried removing
the localcache but the problem still exists.

When i launch outlook it simply doesnt respond and gives no errors apart
from the very useful program has stopped responding message.

I am using the outlook mdaemon connector plugin.

I have also tried reinstalling Office. But same issue accurs. Its only
happening on 3 pcs.

Have you tried removing the plugin or starting with the /safe switch?
