Windows XP Office Pro BCM 03 upgraded to Office Enterprise BCM 07 on a single
user high end laptop
I am frequently (3x per day) getting the message "MS Office Outlook has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience"
and I send the error report. It happens sometimes when I open Outlook,
sometimes after I send/receive email and other times when I am not even doing
anything with outlook (but it is open).
I have done everything possible, the diagnostices, etc. and there are no
problems indicated. I had no such issues with Office 03.
Does anybody know what to do?
