outlook 2000 address book and groups to outlook 2002

Hello,
Need help/and idea on how to export/import address book
and message with groups to outlook 2002 from outlook 2000!
Any techies have an answer?

Unless you are running against Exchange Server, simply copy your PST file
and open it in the other installation. It's where all the mail, calendar,
contacts etc are stored.
