Outlook 2000 address book won't open. Any thoughts?

Have just transferred my hard drive to a new computer. Outlook 2000 works as
before except the address book won't open. Message says a dll file is
missing. Have installed service pack 3 and still no luck. Any ideas on
correcting this?

You must tell us which program you are using. Outlook 2000 exists in two
completely separate mail support modes. If you do not know, look at line 2
of Help | About.
