ok here is my problem - a small business i work for is
having trouble in sending e-mail attachments to other
outlook accounts using either the HTML or the Plain Text
formats. this is not limited to just the in-office
computers. when the attachment is sent to any other
account not using outlook to open it (i.e. hotmail,
earthlink, yahoo, ect....) it recieves the attachment
fine. When sent to someone using outlook to open the e-
mail, it shows that there is an attachment, but when you
open the e-mail all that it shows where the attachment
should be is an untitled icon with (234k) <--- the size of
the file. When the e-mail is sent using the Rich Text
format the attachments are recieved fine, but the kicker
is that sending rich text to other non-outlook users
results in the attachment not even showing up. All i care
about is being able to send an HTML or a Plain Text format
e-mail with attachment and have it received fine by all.
