When replying to an e-mail, Outlook 2000 (Workgroups -
SR1) properly inserts my auto-signature. However my
signature is set-up to include some text that I need to
edit (to record a filing code). Unfortunately Outlook
treats the auto-signature portion of my reply as part of
the original message and inserts annotation markings ahead
of my edit. While it is certainly possible to manually
remove this annotation marking everytime, it is highly
annoying! Is there some setting/tweak/etc. that can be
changed so that Outlook treats the newly appended auto-
signature as new text so that no annotation marks are
added as it gets edited?
