outlook 2000 Body also appears as .txt attachment

I Have several clients on my network that seem to have a
problem.
"outlook 2000 Body also appears as .txt attachment"
They are using outlook 2000 with SP -3 installed.
the problem started after installation of the Service pack.
Any Suggestion will be Graetful.
