Outlook 2000 - configuration

Is there a way to set up Outlook 2000 so that when there is an original mesage followed by one or more replies, the latest reply is saved with the accompanying previous replies and the original message contained in that latest reply?

And all messages prior to that latest reply to delete automatically?
