Outlook 2000 contact telephone numbers

Hi

Can anyone tell me or send me a url to change my UK
telephone numbers in contacts from example 0207 1111111 to
0044 207 1111111 As you can see I just need to make the
numbers international in order that my mobile can auto
dial when abroard.
