Outlook 2000 contacts did not transfer when upgraded Outlook 03

How do I get all my contacts from Outlook 2000 to transfer or convert to
Outlook 03? All my Word, Power Point, etc. documents upgraded.

What steps have you tried? You should't have had to do anything if you
updated in place.
