outlook 2000 contacts

Hi,

We are using Outlook 2000 (I know .. I know). We have an
ldap setup which is configured for the users.
I want to know how I can get outlook to check the ldap
before the contacts folder for recipients when sending
mails.
Its easy in Outlook XP and 2003 but I could not find it in
Outlook 2K.
Please help
