I have a weird problem. I suspect it's a DOS program running causing
the issue, but I'm not sure. When this user runs a DOS program
("don't do that then" is not the answer, by the way, as we have to use
it) the MAPI spooler never retrieves the messages and we have to
restart Outlook and MAPISP32 to get Internet email.
