Outlook 2000 desperate help needed....not OE!!!

I am running Outlook 2000....not Outlook Express!!!!

I am having a problem with Users complaining of email missing the text when it was there originally. Also some have gotten emails back from people saying what they sent was blank, then when they check their sent items... sure enough it is blank!!

Server Running Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 with latest Service Pac
Clients are Windows XP Pro with Outlook 2000 & Latest Patches, etc
Changing settings as to how the emails are formatted changes nothing (text/rich text/HTML
AV is McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 7.1.0 - Latest DAT and Engine

This is not an unusual occurrence and is often induced by enabling the
integration of your antivirus program with Outlook. Disable scanning
outgoing mail with your AV. I don't know for sure that will fix the
problem, but it has helped some people.
