Outlook 2000 does not shut down

Hi,

I have just installed Outlook 2000 (as part of Office Professional 2000) on
WIndows 2000 Pro on two separate machines. The problem is, when I try and
shut Outlook down, although it disappears from the screen and the taskbar,
Outlook.exe is still running, any reminder pop-ups are still showing and
shutdown procedures such as emptying the deleted items folder are not
carried out.

Although it does not happen every time, it is happening on both machines.

Can anyone please help?

Do you have Win Fax Pro installed ?
