Outlook 2000 email

In the morning when I checked my emails after 15-20
minutes my all new mails are vanished. I checked every
folder but I couldn't find it and when I send a new
email, I can get it, but I couldn't get my previous
emails. How and where I can find my those new emails.
Please help me out.

regards
Mac

Some kind of filter view set?

If you have a "View" filter to show only unread messages
it would appear to "disappear".

To check your view settings:

Open Outlook
Select the Inbox folder
Select VIEW from the menu
Select CURRENT VIEW
Select MESSAGES
Click the RESET button if it is not grayed out
Apply the view.

If this does not help...

look for a rule that's moving the messages to another folder...have you
done an advanced find?

Do you have any Anti-Virus scanner running on your email?

Do you use the Exchange Server?
