Outlook 2000/Exchange 5.5 Calendar busy/free time not correct.

Exchange 5.5, SP1.
Windows 2000 Server, SP2.
Conference Room A is set up as an Exchange mailbox as per MS standard
for resources.
All indicators are that this is not using any auto-accept scripts for
he resource.

Conference Room A can be Invited as a Resource, and it will apply
scheduled meetings to it correctly. If time is blocked, it will tell
you the time is blocked and cannot be scheduled. That's good. What
is bad is that it is not displaing free/busy time correctly.

Ex: 10/30/03 Shows only a meeting for 11:00am-12:00pm (Noon).
Displays on the viewable calendar as that only, displays on Conference
Room A's calendar if you open Outlook logged in as the room. But,
when a normal user goes to schedule time with anohter person, using
this conference room as an Invited resource, it shows the
11:00am-12:00pm meeting as busy time, but also shows 8:00am-10:00am
and 3:00pm-4:00pm as busy, but it is not. Nothing else is on thie
calendar, nor does the person scheduling the meeting show anything on
their calendar for those times.

What am I missing?
