Outlook 2000 "Hangs" on Exit

Hi Group...

I've got this strange phenomenon that if I connect to a mailbox with Outlook
2003, and after that connect with Outlook 2000, the Outlook 2000 proces
doesn't exit anymore when I choose Exit or Exit and Logof..

Does anyone know a solution?

Is this mailbox on an Exchange server? If so, what version? I seem to
recall that Exchange 2000 had this problem.
