Here's my situation that I hope someone can help.
Problem: Outlook 2000 hangs up. When you click on the
icon, the program
appears to load and then will freeze up the system. Using
CTRL-ALT-DEL key
does not bring up the program box. The only solution is
rebooting either by
the reset button or another soft-boot. 9 times out of 10
this happens. If
it does run, it may or may not hang up during the course
of a session (like
writing in the middle of an email)
System: Running Windows 2000 Pro on a Panasonic W-2
Toughbook. Background program running include Symantec
Corporate Ed. 8.0, Palm Pilot Manager, RealPlayer,
LiveUpdate!
I have tried to reinstall/repair Office2000 and it still
does the same thing. Any
suggestions will be very much appreciated
