Outlook 2000 inline html attachment

Help! I used to be able to view a mail with an HTML attachment in the
preview window without opening a separate browser window. I can't do this
now for some reason.

At the time this happened I installed SP3 and put in Zone Alarm firewall.

Any ideas ?
