Outlook 2000 issues with Verizon DSL

I use Outlook 2000 and when connecting through Verizon DSL
and through corporate VPN's I cannot send or reply to
large emails with and without attachemnts. However I can
when I use Webmail access. I have a home office and this
happened with my last company as well. There must be an
adjustment to Outlook to solve this issue. Please help!!

Have you tried asking your admin about the VPN settings?
