The limit is set on the Exchange server, not client rules.

| hmmm. i have exported my rules to a file on a floppy as a backup to
| my backup. my rwz file is currently 59kb yet all of my rules seem to
| work. is the file simply larger when exported?? using OL2000 on
| WInXP Pro SP1.
