Outlook 2000 "Other Mailboxes"

I added another mailbox to my Exchange profile under the
Advanced feature IN Outlook. I have done this in the past
for testing purposes and had no problems. However, I am
unable to remove this latest mailbox.

Integrity checks with Fix options do not clear the
problem. The problem stems from the mailbox being deleted
on the server before it was removed from my Outlook setup.

Any ideas on how to remove this mailbox? Recreating the
mailbox does not work. It creats a different ID.

Follow-up

Exported the mailbox, deleted it from the exchange
server. Created a new mailbox, imported previous
contents. It is the only way I found to break the "Other
Mailbox" link.
