Outlook 2000 - Rules wizard

I get a "Rules in Error" message from time to time that
says "You don't have appropriate permission to perform
this operation" a some of the rules I set up in my Rules
Wizard to Permanently Delete some of the spam I receive.

I can't find anyting on MS's site or my help.

Can you help me.
