I use Outlook 2000. The problem I am having is that,
after I have entered a set of words to search for in the
Subject line and message, I find that messages with one of
those words in the message doesn't get the action applied
(removing the message to the Deleted Items folder). Or, a
message without any of those spam words gets the action
applied (message removed to Deleted Items).
What might be wrong with the way I am using the Rules?
