Can anyone explain why the security warning appears when I'm logged into
Profile A and perform a Mail Merge but when I switch to Profile B in Outlook
and perform a Mail Merge I do not receive the security prompt. Its my
understanding that I sahould always get the security prompt when I perform a
mail merge.

Perhaps because Profile A has an add-in that causes the prompt and Profile B
does not.

I'm using the same client for both Profiles so all the setting are the same.
The only difference is the mailbox the user logs into.

Are you using HTML format both times?

I'm not sure which formats are selected but does it make a difference if the
format is set to HTML or plain text?

Yes. HTML doesn't trigger the warning, plain text does.

Diane, for the user that doesn't get the warning her Mail format is set to
Microsoft Outlook Rich Text
