Outlook 2000 sp3

Dear all,

When we use Outlook 2000 sp3, we find 2 questions

We cannot use Global IME to input Chinese when we are using HTML email
format

Sometimes when we scroll the name in contact in Address Book, it will have
outlook.exe program error and hangs
