Outlook 2000 SR-3 E-Mail Attachement Security

How can I shut off the "protection" of unsafe
attachemnts. I am receiving drivers and other patches for
a recent upgrade to XP and can't open them. There must be
a way within the registry ,but I have not found the
article yet.
