Outlook 2000 won't run

Can anyone tell me how to get this to run, it just hangs
there. I installed a new hard drive and today my mail
won't start. Please help!

Try deleing the outcmd.dat file. If you use a Windows NT-based system, it's
usually in
C:\Documents and Settings\{user}\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook, which
is a hidden folder.
