Outlook 2000 won't shut down correctly

I have a corporate outlook 2000 user whose Outlook 2000
application won't close when she goes to leave work at the
end of the day. Throughout the day I can go to her pc and
click the "x" to close outlook and it closes fine, but at
5pm, when she does it, it hangs, requiring me to stop it
via the task mgr. I've run the repair/reinstall utility
and that didn't fix it, so I reinstalled a complete new
system for her and the first day, the same thing
occurred. We use exchange 2000 in a w2k native
environment and the clients run Dell Optiplex GX260's.
I've rolled out two dozen over the past several months and
this is the only user who has this consistant problem out
of 90 users. Would deleting her profile off of exchange
and recreating it help? Any help would be appreciated as
I'm baffled by this.

Thanks,

Jeff Rogers
