I'm working with various people that have Outlook 2000 where we've made sure
that Office is up to date and we've applied the registry "cocktail" to
alleviate various issues. This one user seems to be fine for the most part
now except when I send her something with an attachment (tried 1 meg and 5
meg) her Outlook screeches to a halt when she tries to just open the e-mail.
The attachment is either a zip or visio that I'm sending. It seems like it
is downloading the attachment in the background or something even though she
hasn't double clicked the attachment. It takes quite a while but Outlook
eventually does recover.
Anybody have any clue as to what might be going on here?
