Outlook 2000

Have Dell and IBM laptops at home with wireless card.
Connect to OL2000 through VPN. Both machines connect to
VPN fine. IBM then connects to OL2000 instantly, but Dell
can take 5 to 10 minutes to negotiate and start. The Dell
will always come back with the "Retry" message. Can't
seem to find the setting(s) on the Dell that make it so
slow. Looking for suggestions. Andy
