Outlook 2001 export to Entourage X

I have been using Outlook 2001 for 2 years and have saved hundreds of
messages in dozens of folders on my computer. I see there is a file called
Personal Folders under Outlook 2001 which I assume contains my saved
messages.

Last week my University switched to Exchange 2000 allowing me to use
Entourage X for the first time as my e-mail client. My problem is that I can
not seem to find a way to transfer the Outlook 2001 Personal Folders into
Entourage X. The Entourage X Import does not offer an Outlook 2001 option.
Does anyone know how to do this?

You'll need to use your Exchange account as an intermediary. Move the stuff
from Outlook 2001 up to folders on your Exchange account, then you can
access it from Entourage.

Good idea, but I have limits on my server disk space. My saved files are too
big. Is there any other way?

You could work in batches so you don't exceed you limit. Move some messages
up, copy them down into Entourage local folders, delete the originals from
the server, rinse, repeat.

Though I haven't tried this, it might work. Drag the messages out of Outlook
to folders on your desktop, move these folders over to your Mac, then drag
the messages into Entourage.
