Anyone know where I can get the fix referenced in KB304061? I called
Microsoft and they were not able to help me.

When you called Microsoft what exactly did they say? The KB indicates "To
resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain
the hotfix......then it goes on to mention support costs might be
charged...."

Is the problem Microsoft no longer having the fix, or the charge to obtain
the fix?

Please look in your Junk folder for the message.
