When launching Outlook 2001 from Classic mode, Outlook prompts me 2x
for login. After successful Login I can access mail but when composing a
new message I cannot see the GAL (Global Address List).
If I boot from MacOS9.2.2, Outlook launches fine without the double
prompts, I can see the GAL, send and receive without errors.
This happens from every profiles on OS10.3.x. I've even erased Microsoft
Outlook w/associated preference files and started from scratch and get the
same problem.
Help what am I missing???
