outlook 2002 and 2003

Hello,

I have setup a picture in my signature and it will not show up when i create
a new email. I have recreated the signature but that does not help.
sometime i cant even see the picture when I try to edit it in signature
setup/wizard. Sometimes it works if i set my email editor to be word and
sometimes it doesnt.. Any ideas?
