Outlook 2002 and automatic load of holidays

Is it possible to load holidays 2003-2007 automatic ? I want to do it for
the whole organisation and it's no problem to switch the outlook.hol file
but what do I do next to get it loaded into outlook 2002 without any manual
steps ?
