Outlook 2002 and Hotmail Errors

Every time I try to check my mail, I get the following
error message:

"Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.'
reported error (0x800CCCF4) : 'An unknown error has
occurred. Please save any existing work and restart the
program.'"

I searched around for info on this but haven't found any
fixes that worked for me. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
