Outlook 2002 and POP(3)

I set up 2 separate email accts to go to Outlook.
Everything seemed to be working fine. Then I decided to
have 2 Outlook profiles and have each email acct go to a
separate Outlook acct. Since doing that, I can not
longer send mail out of either acct. Mail is coming into
the 2 separate Outlook accts. I'm getting
the 'sending/receiving' error that others have
mentioned. Also, I get the pop-up asking for username
and password, like Gehl mentioned in her question. It
doesn't matter what I enter into this pop-up, it keeps
coming back. Any ideas?
