I have a user that would like to retain all calendar entries from 1/1/2003 to
the present and have all of the older appointments saved in an archive while
being purged from the live calendar. I know with Archive I can save to a
date. With AutoArchive, I can delete for a specific number of
days/weeks/months. I am not completely sure if AutoArchive completely
removes the appointments from everywhere or if it saves to the default
archive.pst and then deletes. I would like this to be as transparent as
possible and, ideally, not require user intervention. Oh, and we have turned
off VBA scripting. Can anyone think of an easy way to do this?
