Hi,
A colleague of mine has been complaining about a problem that I
initially put down to user error, but am now not so sure:
When she e-mails a customer, she will often attach multiple docs and
then remove the ones she doesn't need, but for some reason outlook then
decides to mess about with the attachments, eg it will send 2 copies of
1 attachment and miss one other.
It's an inconsistent problem that I haven't seen but I now have a
witness who says it definitely isn't user error!
AV is up to date and computer seems clean.
Any ideas?
