Outlook 2002 Connector

I'm having some issues with Outlook Connector 2002 for
Lotus Notes.

I installed Outlook 2002 and the connector, was able
to "link" to Lotus Notes just fine. But for some reason,
half the meetings that are in Lotus Notes don't show up in
Outlook...?

I have uninstalled everything, reinstalled it, and
reconnected but still only half my meetings show up. Is
there any way to resync with Lotus? I don't want to have
to enter these meetings by hand.
