Outlook 2002 crashes on reply to a particular recipient

When I try to reply to a particular SMTP recipient in Outlook 2002, Outlook
"usually" crashes. I'm trying to figure out why. I don't have this
problem with messages from any other recipients. The recipient is using
Earthlink - but I do not know what client program is being used to create
the messages. My workstation does not have any viri / worms or other nastys
(that I know of).
