Outlook 2002 - Default selected item is grey not blue

Hi All,

This may sound estrange but this is happening to one of my users and I have
no idea. When a user opens Outlook, let say his inbox, Outlook by default
highlights (blue, to indicate the object has the focus) the first message in
the inbox. With this user, Outlook by default highlights the first message
but GREY and the arrow keys won't work nor the tab key, until you click a
message from the list.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
