Outlook 2002 Delay

When I'm using outlook 2002 to read mail when click to
open any mail it will take a long time to pop out. like a
5-10 sec delay, normaly it only took 1-2sec to open a
mail. Why can it be like this ? can anyone please give me
a solution.

Are you connected to Exchange and on what operating system are you running
Outlook 2002?

Try disabling your messenger integration Tools-> Options-> tab Other

If you are running Windows 2000 update to Servicepack 4 this will give a
real boost to the performance when you are connected to Exchange.
