Application: Outlook 2002 - Office XP Pro
I have configured my email settings under the "OPTIONS" menu and
then "ADVANCED OPTIONS" to display a notification in the system tray and to
play a sound but when I receive a new message, nothing happens. I have
checked all of the appropriate boxes, and still nothing happens. I have tried
sending test emails to myself but still nothing. My volume and other audio
capabilities work just fine. Ive even configured my pc sounds in the control
panel to play the "notify" sound when I receive an email. Please advise.
