Outlook 2002 Folder Properties & Archive

Operating System - WinXP fully patched
Mail Outlook 2002, receiving POP3 mail from Comcast.net
only
Question: Set Auto Archive features in the Tools,
Options, Other menu and applied it to all folders. When
I look at individual folder properties, the autoarchive
feature is disabled. Folders showing autoarchive
disabled are not being archived. How do I force all
folders to be archived?
