Outlook 2002 freezes for few seconds

Hi,

Here, at one of our workstations, when the user starts
outlook 2002, it loads, displays the splash screen,
and "freezes" for a minute or so (no excessive process,
according to the task bar), and then everything works ok..

Any suggestions?
