Hi,
I am using Windows XP Professional and Outlook 2002.
I have setup an ftp site to publish and retrieve the free/busy information for our group of users. I am able to publish information successfully but not able to retrieve information for other users when using the Meeting Planner functionality. There are no error messages other than "Free/Busy information cannot be retreived..." so don't know whats going wrong here.
I can see all the .vfb files on my ftp site. I can also run ftp on command line and download/upload the files.
I have applied all the updates that there are on the Microsoft update website and I also need to update the FTP password every time I startup Outlook as suggested in the article - http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;307034
Still, publish succeeds but retreival fails.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
