Outlook 2002 General error with Word 2002

I have a user that has multiple e-mail accounts that he
uses to send e-mail. He is using Word to edit messages.
When he goes to forward a message he clicks on the
accounts button and recieves the error:

Word 2002

Unable to complete the operation. A fatal error has
occurred in Outlook.

When not using word to edit messages he does not recieve
the error. And help would be greatly appreciated.
