Outlook 2002 Inbox preview pane

If You have instant messenger integration enabled. Try
disabling this feature via Tools | Options | Other.
and/or you notice this behavior primarily with large
plain text formatted e-mails. Try disabling the remove
extra line breaks under Tools | Options | Prefs. tab |
Email Options.
